Local game data

The game stores completed deliveries, virtual stamps, outfits, scores, distance records, sound and motion preferences, tutorial status and a broad age-group choice on your device. We do not send this save data to a Quad Labs server. There is no game account or cloud save.

You can delete local data using your Android device’s app-storage controls or by uninstalling the game. This also removes the age choice. Data already handled by third-party services is not erased by deleting the local save.

Children and family play

Handle With Chaos is intended for older children, teenagers and adults. A neutral age-group screen offers under 13, 13–17, 18 or older, and prefer-not-to-say options, with no selection prefilled. No name or exact birth date is requested, and the choice stays on the device.

Children, teenagers and users of unknown age play without advertising. We do not request advertising consent information, initialize the advertising SDK for ad serving, or request an ad for those users. They can play all unlocked game modes and retry for free.

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the game. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information to us through support, please contact hello@quadlabs.io so we can review and address the request.

Optional advertising for adults

Only users who select 18 or older may opt into an AdMob rewarded ad after a successful delivery. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform handle these requests. Ads are requested as non-personalized with a general-audience content limit. Advertising-ID permission is excluded from the Android app.

Google’s SDK may process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), ad and app interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device or app identifiers for ad delivery, analytics and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads can still involve this processing; they do not mean no data is processed.

Where required, available Google privacy choices are presented before requesting ads. Adult users can revisit available choices through Settings → Ad privacy choices. If consent does not allow a request or an ad is unavailable, normal gameplay remains available. The advertising SDK is not used by the browser playtest, which has labeled reward previews for adults.

Information not needed to play

The game does not request your email, name, contacts, camera, microphone or precise location. There is no chat, user-generated content, real-money purchase, cash reward or social login. Music and sound effects are bundled files; the game does not send player information to ElevenLabs or call a generative-AI service during play.

Support and website information

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond and resolve the request. Support correspondence is retained as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations. Parents should contact us on behalf of children.

This support website does not display ads or add our own analytics tracking. Its hosting providers may process standard network and request information to deliver and secure the website.

Security and your choices

The Android app is configured to disallow cleartext HTTP traffic. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to use of your personal information. Contact us about information handled by Quad Labs. Use Google’s privacy controls for information handled by Google. Local game data can be removed through Android app-storage controls.
